These terms govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Edge Virtual Assistants LLC ("Edge," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to or initiating SMS communication with Edge, you agree to these terms.
Edge uses SMS to respond to inquiries, identify our business when a recipient texts or calls us back, coordinate requested appointments, send appointment confirmations and related follow-ups, and provide customer support concerning Edge Virtual Assistants services.
You may opt in by asking during a telephone conversation to receive scheduling or follow-up texts, submitting a form that includes an SMS consent disclosure, replying with an affirmative opt-in keyword, or initiating a text message to our business number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will receive no further marketing or scheduling messages unless you opt in again. Other recognized opt-out words may include END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, and STOPALL.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. We may suspend or terminate the program, change its sending number, or modify message frequency while continuing to honor applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to use the mobile number provided. Do not use the program for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Our handling of mobile information and messaging consent is described in our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may update these terms. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
